Development of leadership models of excellence through broad based research and interviews to identify, study, understand and curate taught and untaught principles that have worked in public leadership.
Leadership Assessment Centers
Established centers for evaluating and enhancing leadership skills in controlled but dynamic environments involving real-world simulations, role-playing, psychometric tests and behavioural interviews for objective leadership evaluation and gap assessments to facilitate targeted leadership skilling.
